Returns/Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Any returns requested after 14 days of delivery may be rejected. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you would like to exchange your item for something else, within 14 days of delivery you must return the item in its original condition, Send us an email with your order number and details.

Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders made before 12:00AM Est. ship out immediately on business days excluding holidays and weekends. Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days once shipped out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders made before 12:00AM Est. ship out immediately on business days excluding holidays and weekends. Orders are usually received within 7-10 business days once shipped out. Please be aware there may be duties and taxes charged for certain international orders which we have no control over.
*Please note that any conditions beyond our control that may prevent your order from being delivered on time such as bad weather, or any problems which may develop within the delivery company we cannot be responsible for, However we will do any and everything in our power to make sure your order is delivered on time.
